STEP 1
If you need to preserve or convert precious media, please visit us at our local store.
We can inspect your media and assist you accordingly. If you are unsure of your requirement or prefer more information before you proceed, please get in touch. Tell us about the film, video, audio, or photos you would like preserved and converted. If you don’t know, we can identify it. Just fill out our contact form or give us a call. We’d love to hear your story!
STEP 2
Send or deliver your media to our shop in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
If you’re too far to drop it off in person (highly recommended), see our guide on how to carefully ship it through the mail. Always talk to us on the phone and fill out our online-check-in form before sending us your media!
STEP 3
We’ll clean and rejuvenate your media, then use special equipment to carefully convert it into digital files.
We can also use advanced techniques to “clean up” video, audio, and images so they can be more clearly seen and heard.
STEP 4
We deliver your converted media.
We’ll send a flash drive, CD, or DVD with your digital files. We will also email an online download link (file size permitting). We’ll also return the original reels, tapes, etc.
